This policy explains what we collect when you use the website or submit a project-study request, why we need it, and how we protect it.

We may collect your name, business name, city, phone number, optional email, project requirements, approximate budget, and preferred timeline.
We also collect limited technical attribution such as referrer, browser information, UTM parameters, and click identifiers such as fbclid so we can understand the request source and improve campaigns.
We use this information to review your request, contact you, prepare an appropriate proposal, manage the request status, improve the website, and measure campaign effectiveness. A study request is not an automatic contract.
When you consent in the form, we may contact you by WhatsApp, phone, or email using your selected method and only in connection with your project request.
When configured, we may use Meta Pixel, Conversions API, or similar tools to measure page visits, quiz starts, and confirmed requests. We do not send plain-text names, phone numbers, or email addresses in browser analytics requests, and analytics failure never blocks submission.
Requests are stored in access-controlled systems. We use HTTPS, server-side validation, CSRF protection, and prepared database statements. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to serve the request and meet legal or accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information. Necessary hosting, analytics, or communications providers may process only the information required to deliver their service under their own applicable terms.
You may request access, correction, or deletion unless a legal obligation requires retention. Use the contact details at the bottom of this page and include your request number, when available, so we can locate the record.
